Revision Policy
TrustedDissertations.com Revision Policy
Our customers keep coming back to us because we are determined to go the extra distance to help them attain academic success. Part of that commitment involves making things right when the customer is not completely happy. One way in which we work towards this goal is our willingness to perform revisions on any document that does not meet customer standards.
Requesting Revisions
There are two ways in which you can make a revision request.
- You can use a member of our customer service department who will be happy to pass your request onto your writer.
- You can log into your account on our website, go into the affected project, and indicate that you want the paper revised. Please provide detailed instructions on any changes you wish us to make.

Fee Based Revisions
In some cases, we must charge a fee for the revisions that we perform. This occurs when the revision is either due to the customer's failure to submit complete instructions at the time they placed the order, or if the revision request represents changes to the original instructions. We must charge in these cases as these are not the result of errors on the part of our writers or quality assurance team. However, we will make every effort to insure that the fee we charge is reasonable, and that the work is completed as quickly as possible. If there are going to be charges for revisions, we will inform the customer before making any changes.
Revisions Performed for Free
In the event that revisions are necessary do to mistakes made by the writer, or by the quality assurance team, those revisions will be performed immediately, and no fees will be assessed. Some examples of these errors might be:
- You requested a certain reference source be omitted from consideration and the writer inadvertently used that source.
- You requested a title page and one was not included.
- The writer exceeded the maximum allowable number of words, or did not meet the minimum number of words.
- Spelling, grammar, and factual errors were not detected by our quality assurance team.
- Inline citations were incorrect.
- The correct number of paragraphs were not included.
- There was a misunderstanding between the writer and the customer about the writing style or tone that should have been used. (We always settle these misunderstandings in favor of the customers).
Always remember this. If the revision does not come from a change in your original instructions, it will almost always be free of charge.
The Timing of Revision Requests
Please submit all revision requests as soon as possible. First, the sooner we receive your request, the more likely we are to be able to fix any issues before your document is late. Second, if the writer receives the work back sooner rather than later, the project is fresher in his or her mind, and the revisions are likely to be finished much sooner. In the case that a revision will require significant changes, and that those changes are due to a change in the customer's instructions, the writer may require extra time. While we regret any negative impact this has, it cannot be helped.
Instructions for Submitting Revision Requests
We have tried to make requesting revisions a very easy process to complete. The first step you should take is to review the final draft of your document on our website. If you are happy with the final product, the next step is easy. Just approve the paper, download it, and submit it to your instructor. If you are not happy, simply indicate that you want revisions made. At that point, you will be able to enter your revision instructions. If you believe the need for revisions is due to an error on our end, say so in the instructions. We will investigate the possibility that you are entitled to a free revision.
If you inadvertently approve your family draft, don't worry. You still have seven days to contact us and request changes, or two weeks in the event of a large order.
If we are performing revisions for a fee, we must collect that fee before we will be able to begin on those revisions. If you have problems submitting payment, please contact customer service right away for assistance.
Our revision policy is part of our overall mission of keeping customers satisfied by taking whatever reasonable steps we can. In the event that you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact a member of our customer service group.
