How the Customer Uses Products: Use of any writing received from TrutedDissertations.com must be fully personal. No writing product may be shared, distributed, or sold to any other person or entity. If you should use company products or service for any purpose other than personal, you are fully responsible for any consequences, and the company bears no responsibility.
Canceling an Order: If you find that you must cancel an order, we will issue a full or partial refund, dependent upon the specific circumstances. It your cancellation comes before we have assigned a writer, we will give you a full refund. If writing has already commenced, you will be given a partial refund according to the amount of work already finished. Please read our Refund policy on our site.
Contact Information: We do have to get in touch with you from time to time, and that is why we ask for your full name and your email address. We also ask for a good contact phone number, just in case we need to contact you in emergency circumstances. If you don’t give us correct information, then we cannot be responsible if your order is delayed or incorrect.
Instructions on the Order Form: There are a number of fields to be filled in on our order form. It is really important that you take the time to fill in each field completely. If you have instructions that do not relate to any of the fields, we ask that you call or email our customer support desk and provide those details. If your writer is unsure about any of your details, you will be contacted via your personal account page. It is your responsibility to check your account page frequently, in case your writer has any questions. If you have additional instructions, you can also message your writer with them. If we message you with questions and you do not respond in a timely manner, your order may be delayed or incorrect and we cannot be responsible for that.
Resource Requirements: Writers will always use the most suitable research materials for the details of the order – topic, customer’s academic level, and writing genre. You may of course request that specific resource materials be used. If these resources are readily available, the writer will access and use them. If the resources are not readily available, then we will ask that you do one of two things.
- You will need to upload those resources directly to your writer on your account page.
- If we need to find the resources, and we have to pay for those resources, we will charge your account for that payment and contact you immediately. Work will not proceed on your order until that payment is made.
When uploading resources to your writer, you must be mindful that we are trying to meet your final deadline. We therefore must have a time frame for you to upload those resources based upon your deadline.
- Deadline = 2-14 days: Upload resources in 8 hours
- Deadline = 12-24 hours: Upload resources within 1 hour
- Deadline = 12 or fewer hours: Upload resources in 20 minutes
Requests for Revisions to a Final Draft: When you receive your final draft, we urge you to review it and make certain that it meets your expectations and conforms to your order instructions. If you do want some changes made, you will need to let us know right away. You can do this on your account page, or you can contact the customer support desk and give us the details of the changes you want. In general, revisions are free, unless they constitute a change in your original order specifications. In that case, you may incur an additional charge. Please read our Revisions Policy page for all of the details.
Making Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards, wire transfers, PayPal, and e-checks, and our payment processing is just the same as with any major online retailer. Sometimes a bank or credit card company will ask for verification of your identity, and we must provide that information to them. We will request verification from you in the form of a picture ID card issued by a governmental agency or a passport. You can take a screenshot and then email it, fax it, or scan it over to us. It is really important that you do this quickly, as your deadline may be impacted. We cannot begin on your order until verification is complete and payment is received. In general, we ask that verification be sent over according to the same time frame that we have given for uploading resources (listed above).
Plagiarism: We use the same plagiarism-scan software that is utilized by academic institutions, and we do not have complaints about plagiarism. If you do believe that plagiarism exists in any delivered product, customer must submit a TurnItIn scan report, showing the evidence of plagiarism. If plagiarism should ever be discovered, the company will revise for free.
Technical Issues: Technical issues may include internet shut downs, browser problems, power failures, hardware problems, or communication issues beyond our control. In these instances, the company is not responsible.
Terms of Payment: Customers may make payment in the same manner as they do with any online retailer. The conditions for payment are contained in our Terms and Conditions agreement. Under no circumstances will a writer begin on a project until payment in full has been received by the company. Customers may use PayPal, wire transfer, any major credit or debit card, or eCheck.
Deadlines: Our record for meeting customer deadlines is near perfect. Generally, deadlines are missed because payment has been delayed, because the customer has failed to respond to our messages quickly, and, on rare occasions, because technical issues beyond our control have occurred. In these instances, we are not responsible for missed deadlines. If a writer should become seriously ill or face an emergency, we will notify you immediately and get another writer on the project. If your deadline is missed in this circumstance we will give a partial refund and a coupon for a discount on your next order.
Providing the Correct Academic Level: Please check to be certain that you have given the right academic level on the order form. This impacts the writer we assign. If you make a mistake and work has already begun, we may have to assign a different writer, and that could mean extra cost to you.

Legal Issue: We operate as any other online retailer and abide by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we have our company headquarters. We are not aware of the laws in your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to be aware of any laws that relate to online retail purchases. If we become aware of any fraud on the part of anyone using our services, we will notify and cooperate with any related law enforcement offices.
